Check in Instructions

  1. Please see the photos to enter the decking walkway to the property. The entrance to the walkway is located just after the corner where Sayner Lane and Clarence Road meet.
  2. Walk through the walkway entrance all the way to the end.
  3. The property is the last property on the left right at the end of the walkway.
  4. Located in number 31 postbox is the key lock box.
  5. Enter your code followed by the unlock icon. Please return the lock box to post box. Please remember to lock the keys back in the lock box on check out.

Check out time is 10am

  1. Rubbish: Please throw the rubbish in the wheelie bins inside the bin store — The code for the Binstore at the start of the walkway is C2370X
  2. Dishes: Please put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on
  3. Towels: Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

House Rules

Please note that by staying in this property you explicitly agree to the following house rules.

  • Please do not remove any property from the house – Any losses and damages caused by the renter or renters company will be recovered from the lead guest. Any losses/damages claimed will be subject to an additional £250 Admin Charge.
  • Strictly No smoking/vaping inside the property. The property is fitted with smoke detectors. If smoke is detected in the property there will be additional £350 Admin Charge.
  • Strictly no parties. Should there be belief that a party is taking place at the property an administration charge of £250 will be charged and the booking will be cancelled with no recourse to any refunds.
  • Please respect our neighbours and note that Quiet hours are between 10pm–9am.
  • Please take your rubbish to the bin store – The code for the Binstore at the start of the walkway is C2370X.
